Strength & Conditioning

SMSCS recommends that a "physical evaluation process" be incorporated into the development and ongoing maintenance of any prescribed strength & conditioning programming.  Individual and group sessions are available.​

 

Sessions:

  • Core Strength

  • Concepts in Warm Up & Cool Down: before/after competition or practice

  • Stretching Techniques: before/after competition or practice

  • Weight Training Exercise Technique

  • Resistance Exercise Training for Muscle Mass, Strength, and Power

  • Foot Speed & Agility Development

  • Plyometric Training

  • Exercise Program Design & Prescription

  • Field Physiological Testing 

  • Small Group Training Sessions

Note: The minimum recommended age for these sessions is 13 years and older.
