Safe Sport
The Sport Medicine and Science Council of Saskatchewan has a fundamental obligation and responsibility to protect the health, safety, physical and mental well-being of every Individual that is involved in the our community. The SMSCS takes any situation involving misconduct, maltreatment and prohibited behaviour very seriously. For this reason, we are collectively committed to enacting and enforcing strong, clear, and effective policies and processes for preventing and addressing all forms of misconduct, maltreatment and prohibited behaviour.

The UCCMS is a core document that is a foundation for the SMSCS Safe Sport Policy. Its aim is to advance a respectful sport culture that delivers quality, inclusive, accessible, welcoming and safe sport experiences for all.
