Mental Performance

SMSCS supports a wholistic approach to athletic performance.  Individual and group sessions are available in the area of mental training. Topics in this area include:​

  • Routines-effective use of routines before, during and after competition

  • Ideal Performance State-factors and barriers to achieving IPS
