History (1988-Now)

The Sport Medicine and Science Council of Saskatchewan (SMSCS) formed in January, 2000 through the merging of the Sport Medicine Council of Saskatchewan (1988) and the Saskatchewan Sport Science Program (1991).  Today we proudly serve the Saskatchewan sport and recreation community (with a priority towards the Sask Sport Inc. membership) by providing exceptional  programming delivered by expert consultants and service providers.
