Sleep & Performance Presentation

How much sleep does an athlete need? How can I deal with travel and jet lag? How can I keep up with my studies and still get enough rest? Sound familiar...then let us help! SMSC has developed a multi-disciplinary educational session focusing on sleep and performance.
Drug Education & Awareness Program

SMSCS supports the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport and its Canadian Anti-Doping Program. We can provide up to date information through programming and resources to help you athletes and teams stay current. We can also assist you in developing drug education policies and programming.
Concussion Education

Concussion programming is geared towards athletes, parents, coaches and administrators with the goal to enhance recognition of concussion and improve management and prevention.
Concussion Management Protocol Plan Development

This program has been developed for Provincial Sport Organizations or other Groups who would like assistance in developing their Concussion Management Plan. We can provide you with the resources you need.
Self Massage and the Athlete

This is a 1 hour session which offers resources to athletes for utilizing self massage in injury prevention and training enhancement.
Injury Care and Management

This is a 1 hour, sport specific session offering insight to mechanisms of athletic injuries and associated affects.
Grassroot Programming for Sask Sport Districts for Sport, Culture, and Recreation

SMSCS is continuing to develop its partnership with the seven Districts for Sport, Culture and Recreation in Saskatchewan. We provide Sport Medicine and Science Programming and Services to our grassroots and rural athletes, coaches and organizations within our province.
Exercise Physiology Session/Consultation

Our consultants can provide individualized services for athletes. Some services include Metabolic Conditioning (physiological systems), Physiological Testing and Program Development, and much more.
Biomechanics Sessions/Consultation

These sessions help provide technical skill analysis by looking at the muscular, joint, and skeletal actions while performing a given sport related task.
Sport Medicine Assessment & Treatment Planning

Our team of Consultants can provide you with individualized Assessment and Treatment Planning to help you with injury management.
