Overview
The Sport Medicine and Science Council of Saskatchewan (SMSCS) was developed in January, 2000 through the amalgamation of the Sport Medicine Council of Saskatchewan (1988), and the Saskatchewan Sport Science Program (1991).
Today the Sport Medicine and Science Council of Saskatchewan serves the Saskatchewan sport and recreation community with a priority on the Sask Sport Inc. membership. By providing access to a number of Sport Medicine and Science programs delivered by experts the SMSCS contributes to the optimal performance, health, and safety of our clients.
The SMSCS also aims to recruit, develop, and promote expertise through various professional development opportunities for our consultants and service providers.
